Welcome!  My practice is characterized by being client-centered first and foremost, fully meeting the needs of each client who comes to me and conducting their session with compassion.

I am a therapeutic body worker—one who works effectively on sports injuries, rehabilitation, expectant mothers, and any needing my assistance. I am an educator, and my practice reflects this.

I empower and encourage my clients in their goals and dreams, as well as in their health. My clients leave their sessions feeling positive, nurtured, and more balanced.
