Welcome!  My practice is characterized by being client-centered first and foremost, fully meeting the needs of each client who comes to me and conducting their session with compassion.  

I am a therapeutic body worker—one who works effectively on sports injuries, rehabilitation, expectant mothers, and any needing my assistance. I am an educator, and my practice reflects this.  I continually seek out new trainings and certifications, thus my trainings in cranio-sacral, trauma touch therapies,  thai massage, and currrently I am a student of the Watsu modality (a practice done in warm salt water pools).

I empower and encourage my clients in their goals and dreams, as well as in their health. My clients leave their sessions feeling positive, nurtured, and more balanced, thus my business name ~ Back to Center.
